Before you write
- The most common questions — plan limits, collaboration, export, signing in — are already answered in the FAQ.
- For bug reports, say what you did, what you expected, and what happened. Three sentences is usually enough.
Found a security hole?
Pick the Security issue topic and write the steps to reproduce it. Reports like that are read before anything else.
Don't test holes against other people's data, and don't publish a finding before it is fixed. The full terms are in the Terms of Service, section 04.
